Warranty
CPI warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The time and/or operational period warranted varies with respect to the product and assumes the product has been appropriately applied. Application suitability will be determined solely by CPI. These details are outlined either in the specific product sections of our catalog or in instructions accompanying the product. CPI's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or pro-rata refund of purchase price for a product found to be defective within the warranty period.

CPI makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied. CPI expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose intended by the purchaser.

Return Policy
We accept non-warranty returns with no restocking charge within 30 days of the original purchase date, providing the product is returned in new, unused condition with all original packing materials intact and a return authorization number has been given by CPI and is printed on the outside of the package. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 15 days of purchase, and return the product to us within 30 days. Returns received by CPI beyond 30 days of original purchase date will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge, not to exceed $100. Only warranty related returns will be accepted after 90 days from the original purchase date.
