A: CPI is a designer and manufacturer of OEM and end-user components for analytical science and water safety testing.  The company has several satellite production and sales offices, with headquarters based in northern California in the United States.

Q:  Does CPI manufacture its own products?

A: CPI is an ISO 9001 registered and 17025 compliant manufacturer of  trademarked and patented products. Further, CPI has production partners around the world to meet the demand of most products involved in analytical chemistry and water testing consumables.

Q:  Are territories protected?

A: CPI will work with you to develop an order fulfillment schedule based upon population of your territory. While that schedule is met CPI will forward leads and contacts and not sell into that territory.

Q:  Are there any other fees involved in becoming a distributor?

A: CPI's partners maintain their territories by purchasing products, there are no qualifying or franchise fees.

Q:  There is already a CPI distributor in my area of interest, can I still become a reseller?

A: Please contact us, CPI works with distributors who represent many areas. By the nature of their agreement, some do not represent an entire country or population in a given territory. Your area of interest may still be available.

Q:  Can I sell products competitive to CPI's line?

A: CPI asks that you do not sell competitive products into your territory.

Q:  What is the term of my Agreement with CPI?

A: CPI works with 12 month Agreements, renewable with mutually-agreed upon performance.

Q:  Does CPI advertise its products?

A: CPI will provide literature, artwork, images, logos, text copy, and expertise for developing promotional materials to assist you in reaching customers in your territory.

Q:  How does CPI help me?

A: CPI will assist you in coordinating promotions to help develop your distribution. CPI will train you to develop your database and coordinate it with your website to make the most with your existing customer base.  If you are already involved in distributing consumables you can readily add in CPI's product line.

Q:  Will I get leads from CPI?

A: CPI will forward leads we receive within your area of distribution.  Our website currently gets several hundred thousand hits monthly from all areas of the world, with new customers asking for product information daily.
