Description
A three sample set for qualitative identification of L.
monocytogenes. Set is designed to mimic typical FDA BAM
and USDA MLG sample handling procedures. Each set
contains 3 x 25 grams of sterile matrix (beef powder or
skim milk powder) and three individually packaged
lyophilized microorganism pellets. At least one of three of
the sample pellets will be positive for L. monocytogenes. To
use, transfer 25 grams of sterile matrix to stomacher bag,
add 225 mL of laboratory supplied enrichment broth and
then add a single sample pellet to the stomacher bag.
Process and analyze according to your normal laboratory
procedures. Report present or absent for each sample set.
Three different series available per study.
