Meet the Team
Tommy Mitchell
President & CEO
Tommy, over the past 12 years, has developed strong scientific and general management experience. His career began as an analytical chemist for the highly-respected Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory. Tommy led numerous operational efficiency projects, evaluated financial viability of new business opportunities, developed programs that opened new testing markets and managed high level business partners including the NFL, MLB and USADA. His strong sales, operational and scientific background brings a unique skill-set to the management team. Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and lean manufacturing from Westminster College.
Alissa Morse
Business Development Director
Alissa began her career at CPI International in 2010 after graduating with a B.S. in Business Management from Sonoma State University. Born and raised in Maui, HI and now living in Sonoma County, CA, she has the Aloha spirit and friendly personality you might expect. Her knowledge of CPI products and the analytical laboratory industry play a key role in servicing our customers. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
Alexis Chappell
Customer Service Lead
Alexis has over 15 years of experience in Customer Service and she came on board in 2018 eager to offer her assistance to CPI’s valued Customers. Though she’s a Washington native, she’s lived in Santa Rosa since she was a child. Her outgoing, friendly demeanor and her love for helping people is what drew us to Alexis. She says that “the positive vibe” is what drew her to us. In her spare time, Alexis loves being outdoors with her dogs, Pablo and Bella.
