Description
Burgener's T2100 nebulizer is designed for samples high in total dissolved solids (TDS), with high levels of particulates, and slurries. The huge sample capillary (750 microns / 1/32 inch) makes this nebulizer essentially unpluggable with un-dissolved particles.
It operates on 0.5 ml/min to 3.0 ml/min sample flow rate and operates on standard pressures of 30 - 45 psi.. It fits regular cyclonic spray chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.
The T2100 can be used for any liquid.
Salting is very rare, but can occur over long periods of time, especially with high Sodium levels in the solution. Such salting can be cleared easily with a dip in 5 - 10% HF, (Caution: Be careful when handling HF. It soaks into the skin before you feel it burning, and in low concentrations it looks and feels like water.)
