Filament Assembly for Agilent® 5971.
Note:
This is not the OEM filament; it is an upgrade to the OEM-supplied filament and is visually different than the OEM filament.
How are they different?
The OEM filament has mounting pins in parallel orientation relative to the filament wire. Our filament features mounting posts which are perpendicular to the filament wires. There is ample room inside the cavity of the 5971 to connect the lead wires to either filament type. Our filaments have the added advantages of an inert brace and slightly thicker posts to improve the connections to the lead wires.
