AccuPrep 7000™ 6-station Manifold, 47mm, 1,000mL

Description

The AccuPrep 7000™ 6-station manifold includes a pre-assembled manifold rack with six 47mm extraction stations. Each extraction station comes with a 1,000mL glass sample reservoir, disk support screen, and 24 x200mm sample collection vessel.

Vacuum pump and waste collection components sold separately.

The AccuPrep 7000™is designed for maximum capacity, ruggedness, and simplicity. Whether you are performing Oil and Grease Method 1664 or Methods 525.1, 525.2, 550.1, 608, or 549.1, our manifold has been designed to facilitate your analysis. The 3-way valve routes the extracted sample to waste and, with a quick turn of the valve handle, routes the eluent to the sample collection vessel. The valve also has an off position to shut down the individual station when not in use. Other features include:

• An integrated 3-way valve which allows eluting to be performed directly after extraction without disassembly of the manifold. In extraction mode, the collection vessel may be removed without breaking the system vacuum. The valve is constructed of Teflon.
• The extraction station base includes a stainless steel support screen and incorporates a unique aluminum threaded screw-cap to provide simple attachment of 300mL or 1,000mL sample reservoirs, depending on the application. Using an adapter (sold separately), the base easily converts to accept 90mm disks.
• Waste travels down a clear drain tube, allowing the analyst to monitor flow rate.
• The extraction station base incorporates standard GPI 24-410 internal threads to accept a range of commonly available collection vessels. An ground-glass adapter (sold separately) allows 24/25 or 24/40 ground-joint flasks to be used.
• A durable stand supports 1-6 extractions stations that can be mixed between 47mm and 90mm sizes with a compact overall footprint of only 10" W x 17" L. The hard-anodized finish will not corrode over time.
