Description:

Disposable sterile microbiological filtration monitor units, 100 ml, white, gridded, MCE membrane filter 0.45µm, 50 pack. Ready to use out of the package.

All in one sterile assembly combines a 100ml filtration unit and petri dish with lid (crystal polystyrene) which helps to minimize contamination. A preloaded 0.45um mixed cellulose ester gridded membrane, 47mm with an absorbent cellulose pad eliminates transfer steps and manual manipulation of the membrane. The lid includes a built-in magnification lens for colony count.

Use for microbiological analysis of wastewater, potable water, beverages (e.g., beer, wine, juices, soft drinks), oils, extracts, broths, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and colony county.

Includes 5 polypropylene manifold adapters to fit smaller inlets.

Microbiological Monitor Workflow Process

Step 1 - Add your sample into the pre-assembled monitor device and filter.

Pre-assembled sterile and disposable unit reduces preparation time and autoclaving expenses while increasing lab efficiency.

Step 3 - After filtration is complete, add the appropriate growth media to the preloaded membrane and pad in the remaining petri dish.

Pre-loaded membrane and pad eliminates manual manipulation and transfer step with no risk of trapped air bubbles.

Step 2 - Remove the funnel for easy conversion into the petri dish.

Facilitates ease of handling.

Step 4 - Remove the petri dish from the vacuum manifold and cover the sample with the lid.

Ready-to-use pre-sterilized filtration unit designed to be attached to vacuum manifold eliminates the cleaning and sterilization of resuable funnels and helps reduce testing time by up to 70%
