Description
ICP-MS sampler cone with a Platinum-tip and Copper base. Suitable for Agilent ICP-MS instrument models 77/78/7900 and 88/8900. This is a genuine Agilent part and is the standard cone used with s-lens for semiconductor applications. Recommended for lower limits of detection (LODs) and for higher-matrix samples. Required for analysis of aggressive acids (especially HF) and when O2/Ar option gas is used for analyzing organic solvents. Use this sampler cone with a Platinum skimmer cone and brass skimmer base.
