Description
A single sample for quantitative determination of Heterotrophic Bacteria by plate count or MPN methods. . Sample derived from E. faecalis( NCTC 775) at an activity level of 5-500mpn/mL after dilution in supplied hydration fluid.
Sample supplied as a dehydrated pellet in the range of 20 - 2400 CFU/MPN per 100 mL.
Sample taken from previous Interlab PT study and accompanying COA contains study statistics.
Store at -10C to -20C.
