Description
A ten sample set for determination of Total/Fecal Coliforms and E.coli. The samples are designed to be compatible with all promulgated methods including MF, MTF, Colitag, and IDEXX Quanti-Tray/Colilert/Colisure.
Derived from primary cultures, each set contains:
- 3 samples of total coliform positive/fecal and E. coli negative
- 3 samples of total coliform/e. coli/fecal coliform positive
- 2 samples for coliform negative
- 2 blanks
Strains include E. coli (NCTC 9001), E. aerogenes (NCTC 10006) and P. aeruginosa (NCTC 12951).
All samples are cultured in the range of 20 - 200 CFU. Sterile hydration buffer included.

How It Works
Upon receipt of your order, we will review records to assure the sample you receive has never been received by your lab or one of your network labs (a NELAC requirement).
If required and possible, we can ship your samples the same day by overnight priority service so that you’ll have them the next morning. PT Express may take up to 10 business days to ship.
Report your results back to us on the PT Express reporting forms that accompany your samples. A PT report will be generated for you within 48 hours. Upon request, your PT report can be submitted to one or multiple accreditation agencies at no additional charge.
