For the CPI family, 2018 is turning out to be dedicated to community and giving. We began the year by rallying to support Wildfire Relief efforts. In that difficult time, volunteering at Salvation Army, Redwood Empire Food Bank and the local shelters offered us a sense of purpose and provided an opportunity to bond as a Team. We’ve even found some of our employees to be on construction sites on the weekends, assisting with friends’ or families’ home rebuilds.
As our own recovery efforts continue, our thoughts turn to our neighbors to the North suffering the same devastation in Lake and Mendocino counties, and we’re reminded that volunteering can and should be a year-round commitment. And that thought process directly aligns with our Company’s Mission Statement.
It’s our intention to continue fostering the spirit of giving by sharing it with you, our valued Customers. New to the CPI website is our Community Corner page, where we share snippets of community services and charities our company and employees enjoy supporting. Our hope is that our enthusiasm is infectious, inspiring you to give back in your own way. Don’t be surprised to find us reaching out to learn what charitable organizations you’re passionate about.
