1. A copy of the validated SOP/Method with the SKU and Name of the CPI International certified reference materials (CRMs) to be used moving forward must be provided 30 days from the order ship date to qualify for the ComplyCMV Auto-Ship Program.
2. The one-time credit on the first ComplyCMV auto-ship order will be equal to the cost of the validated CRMs confirmed to be included in the validated SOP/Method only.
3. The ComplyCMV Auto-Ship Program discount and price lock will only be applicable to the cost of the CRMs included in the validated SOP/Method. No other discounts may be applied. Does not include shipping.
